WOB Turkey was founded by Hande Yaşargil and Burçak Güven in 2012 as the first organization that works to increase diversity and women’s representation in executive boards in our country.
On January 16, 2017, we changed our status to an association and expanded our activities, and we started to take important steps towards institutionalization.
We came together with our Board and Mentees for a pleasant lunch to celebrate the second anniversary of our association.
