We are pleased to share our experiences and learnings with you at the launch of “Women on Board -Russia”. Meeting with women leaders in Moscow, our President Hande Yaşargil shared her experiences on Women Leadership and Diversity in Management.
"Russia is a country that has started to take steps before other countries in terms of gender quality. Despite this, we see that the rate of women in management positions is around 8%. Unfortunately, culture is stronger than the rights acquired in the World. We know that we are with all the women of the World in this journey we started."
