In order to obtain their recommendations and detailed opinions on our program, mission and activities we invite our Mentors to our coffee talks.
We meet with them every Wednesday on an online platform and to get their views on the following topics:
- What are your views on your WOB Turkey experience until today, and your views on the program and activities of our association?
- In your opinion how can we change the social gender equality climate, and what are your views on quotas?
- What are your recommendations for posting our Mentees on Boards of Directors and for reaching our KPI, what can we improve?
- What are your views on the frequency of our communication and methods of meeting (face to face/digital) with you, our Mentors?
