The 4th Term Orientation Program of the WOB Turkey Program took place in the Turkey Offices of EY. Within this day-long program we met with our Mentees and shared our stories about the work life; we told them about the sort of program they will be experiencing during this 18 month period and gave them our tips on the mentoring processes. Mentees and Mentors of the previous term Agah Uğur and Aclan Acar participated as guests to this program and by the end the 60 women leaders participating to our 4th Term obtained many varied information regarding WOB Turkey and the program.
